  • Catering order requests are due no later than 14 calendar days prior to the event date.
  • All submissions are requests until approved by the catering department.
  • Final headcounts are due 7 calendar days prior to the event date. 
  • Cancelations within 14 days are subject to 25% cancelation fee.
  • Cancelations within 7 days are subject to 50% cancelation fee.
  • Approved short-notice events are subject to additional service charges.
